LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Highly Highly Recommend. It took me 1 year to find this place and I was on the verge of flying to Texas to get my surgery done.
i had the most amazing experience with dr sassan alavi. i had my consultation with the surgeon on april 30th 2024 and had my surgery on may 8th 2024.
after consultations with 2 other surgeons and seeing many of my friends with amazing results (3 in the past year) from him i knew he was who i wanted to do my breast augmentation.
he exceeded my expectations and gave me exactly to a T what i asked for. i wanted them big projected and round and i chose 580cc extra full profile. other surgeons i went to would not give me anything close to what i asked for which made dr alavi stand out to me the most. special thank you to silvia for help sizing me perfectly. i asked to be a double dd and as of yesterday my bra size is triple d!
i had a very smooth recovery, feeling good after 4 days and great after 7! when i had questions i contacted him through email and he quickly called me back even on his day off.
as someone who lives in bikinis my appearance is very important to me and i would've been devestated if something went wrong but none of those things happened. i'm so greatful putting my trust in him was the right thing to do.
i truly do not see any reason to go to another surgeon for breast augmentation because everyone knows and raves about how he's the best. even my mom who took care of me during my recovery and took me to my post op appointments wants to go to him now! she never even considered plastic surgery before!
there's a reason why 5 girls (6 including me) i work with have went to him for their breast augmentation. and he has a variety of different results because every girl wanted a different look, meaning he's not a cookie cutter surgeon who makes every girl look the same. communicate exactly what you want (size and implant type) with him and he will give it to you.

I genuinely have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Alavi and his team! I got 2 different procedures that go hand in hand with one another. Dr. Alavi is such an amazing surgeon and person in general. He made me feel incredibly comfortable, respected, and welcomed since day one. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do during the procedure and answered any and all questions I had. His team were very helpful and easy to reach out to when I had any questions or needed to reschedule anything. Every single one of them are incredibly sweet and will do anything to help you feel more comfortable! My friend recommended Dr. Alavi and out of all 3 surgeons I got a consultation from, I am tremendously happy I went with Dr. Alavi. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Driving from Los Angeles down to San Diego has definitely been worth it! Thank you all so much!
